Just started using this app tonight. Showing me places Ive seen but never had any idea what the cost. Great app!
Canceled the pay rent feature with out any notification to users. Horrible let down rad pad
With no notice, this app stopped its auto pay rent feature. Its the 28th of the month. All of a sudden Im realizing I am not getting the normal texts I usually get saying my rent has been pulled from my bank, is getting transferred, etc. I go to the app. No information. Just that my rent has been paused. But it wont let me unpause it. I go to the website. Same thing. Find in tiny letters that as of Oct. 16, they are no longer processing rent payments. This is a horrible way to deal with your customers!
This app could be so much better. There is no way to warn others of a bogus property and to not waist time. There is not an option like a save option but rather the cross off list so as to not see it multiple times in future listings. Even a Craigs list app called Classifieds allows putting line through things your not interested in.
I predict this app will be out of service with the quickness after the stunt they pulled. Cancelling their best feature without notice, not smart.
Do not download this now. This app should be off the App Store by now. Company recently had to liquidate all their assets to pay back creditors. Nobody is working there anymore. App is dead.
I love this app it is amazing it gives me a lot of options on where I want to live
Easy to use, more listings, very useful!
not too bad of an app, a quick way to do more work and search while you might be waiting around doing nothing otherwise!
Easy Finds!!
As a landlord this makes the process very smooth.
Found a post that was a scam poster had multiple properties listed reported findings to rad pad no actions taken do not trust app Or site
Long story short, they advertised a pad as being "fully verified and %100 legit", which made me feel secure enough to apply with some personal info, but it turned out to be a scam. Incredibly irresponsible and truly false advertisement. To whom it may concern, I recently came across a "pad" that met all of my wants and needs, but was skeptical because it seemed too good to be true. The rent was low, it was spacious, close to work, very nice, etc. So, I was worried that it could be a scam because of this. However, I felt reassured when I saw that it was an "Exclusive" that had been "fully verified and 100% legit". Therefore, I got in contact with them and sent an application with some of my personal info. Unfortunately, after some more research of the property, I found out that there were 4 other listings with the same pictures and description but located in different states. When I confronted the owner about this, he completed ignored it and proceeded to tell me that I could send him money to receive the keys to the property. I work in banking and knew right after that it had to be a scam. I never saw the property, there were multiple listings, and we never met, yet he "approved me" so that I could send the money "ASAP". I am extremely disappointed of how RadPad, an app that I recommended to my friends, would advertise the property as being legit when it in fact is completely fraud. I dont know how that would be possible or how you can advertise something so easily when it is false and could potentially harm your users. This is incredibly irresponsible on your part and should be ashamed. I only hope now that my personal information wont be taken advantage of and also hope that no one fell victim to this because of the property being advertised as "rented". I cannot report it because of that. I am going to have to discontinue doing business with RadPad and will deter my friends/family from using this app.
They charged me at least twice and had an old phone number posted which I couldnt get them to change, otherwise the $30. Is great to send out applications.
Only point I wish they had was a filter for big dogs versus small dogs.
This app doesnt work at all for me on an iPhone 6s. I downloaded the app and it asked for a location. Every time I typed something in the search bar it froze and didnt try to search anything. So my only options were their preloaded cities or my current location. I pushed current location and now I cant look at anything else because of the search bar issue. Ive uninstalled and re downloaded, restarted my phone, it doesnt work.
Following a place marked exclusive which is said to be 100% verified by rad pad. Initially reported it, and then when the owner contacted me they wanted a down payment over rad pad, with no way to show me the house. They would mail me the key. Went to the house and there was a for sale sign up. I called and asked if my contact was true. He couldnt verify. He said the house was for sale, not rent. When I flagged it on rad pad, and gave them the info on the scam... they kept it up!! Not that serious over scams I guess?
Seems nice to use so far
