Exclusive? Not!

Following a place marked exclusive which is said to be 100% verified by rad pad. Initially reported it, and then when the owner contacted me they wanted a down payment over rad pad, with no way to show me the house. They would mail me the key. Went to the house and there was a for sale sign up. I called and asked if my contact was true. He couldnt verify. He said the house was for sale, not rent.
When I flagged it on rad pad, and gave them the info on the scam... they kept it up!! Not that serious over scams I guess?
