Keeps saying for 3 days now that something went wrong on their end when I try to sign up thru FB. I even tried to sign up with an email and I get the same message

I havent given it 5 stars yet because there are apartmenta on there where Im skeptical of the price

I entered different destinations and nether of the two search buttons work.

Fake app dont put any sensitive information in it. Read terms they send your private information over seas. Rad pad is fake dont use it.

Impractical app, nice in theory but doesnt work if you have a City you want yo live in - example: it will only allow you to search ALL of Los Angeles, but not Culver City.

Sent the money to them to purchase a place, after them saying the payment wasnt accepted they charged it regardless showed them the bank statements and still nothing. Live and learn but know these people are low life scammers.

Loved the app - easy set-up and great tech support service. The hidden truth - you as landlord trying to get someone to rent your apartment - they charge $168.00 for three weeks of showing. Never got a renter - it looked like people looked - room never rented. If you think this app is going to free you and make your life easy relying on someone else to commit and pay your rent on time - read reviews below. If you dont have time to pay - use auto withdrawal service from your bank - you will be much safer there!

I wish I could rate this app a zero. After emailing over a dozen and corresponding with said owners of "property" determined all were fake listing/scams. I think this app is created by fraudulent people. Save your time and try Craigslist or other apartment guides. I repeat **DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP** I will be reporting this to Apple.

Great app for scammers! I love how I thought Id have some sort of privacy by messaging "landlords" on here to ask a question, but the app gives away my private cell phone number to the scammers! And they dont even tell you that theyre giving out your number! And now Im having fun blocking lots of spam calls. Lots of obvious fakes on here, where the phone number for the properties dont match up to the number of the lister. Scammers will love it! Better for scamming than Craigslist! Welcome scammers, this is the app for you!

These homes are not verified and the "Landlords" arnt vetted. Whenever someone tells you that they are out of town but after you make a deposit they will send you the keys to the home. For the love of god people do not believe it. If its to good to be true it is. App brought me to 4 different scammers I swear they must work within radpad.

My son was in communication with an out of town "landlord". I verified through the property management company listed on all the other realty sites that this person had no connection to the property. God knows what personal info got wheedled out of him before I started researching! STAY AWAY FROM THIS "SERVICE"!!

This app is fraught with scammers who are supposedly verified. If there are legit landlords, then they are outnumbered by the scammers. If radpad is providing this service, they should have a better vetting process for both landlords and renters. I traced one of the numbers of a supposed landlord, and it was from India. This is no better than craigslist.

Just use it to look right now. Showing some good places I hadnt thought of checking.

App is useless. I cant search anything beyond my current location. Did anyone test this before putting it out?

You can find ANYTHING youre looking for, whether its the impossible or not! Finding quite a few places,) e.g. 3bdr house for $1500, in a good neighborhood)
